Hotel and restaurant development in Co. Waterford

The development consists of, a new basement level, on the site of the existing buildings and to contain cold rooms. At ground floor level, New dining area/ restaurant, new guest toilets, and new storage area together with kitchen, cold rooms and ventilated bin store. New hotel entrance, new entrance/exit to bar and new fire escape exit serving both new hotel and existing night club.
