Planning, construction and Project Management of City Centre Rum Themed Basement Bar

Our clients engaged our services firstly to obtain planning for the change of use from office to licensed café bar at basement level of no. 17 Harcourt Street. When planning was granted, we fulfilled our clients brief from inception to completion, giving our clients the benefit of our range of services which we provide, which for this project included planning, construction, spatial planning and project management. The end product can now be enjoyed as Ireland’s only Tiki Rum Bar.
