The current proposal as part of the subject application seeks to suitably increase the density on this city-centre site providing 30 No. residential units, in a sustainable car-free development. The proposed use and layout is seen as an appropriate design strategy as a means of adding to the vitality of the city centre through the support of city-centre living and public transport networks.
